Shipping Timeline Orders ship within 2-3 days. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be considered next day. We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in RI. Dependent on item quantity, some orders may be fulfilled directly from our vendors' warehouses. If there is a delay in your order, you will be contacted by Customer Service. If you have a firm in-hands date for an order, please contact Customer Service with your order number to confirm if this is possible. Note that expedited shipping methods apply only to transit times, and standard production time still applies before shipping.
International Shipping Orders shipping internationally must be placed offline. Please contact Customer Service to place an order. Note you will be responsible for all shipping fees, as well as duties/taxes incurred.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days on unused accessories and unworn/unwashed apparel pieces. The customer is responsible for return shipping, except in cases where merchandise was mis-shipped or damaged upon receipt. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service with your order number.
